iii) Trademarks –

The different types of literary and artistic property rights include –

i) Copyrights –

ii) Related Rights –

• The rights of broadcasting organisations in radio and television programs and internet broadcasts like podcasts are referred to as related rights.

These rights are protected for fifty years after the date of the creator’s death.
