Small and Medium Enterprises in Dubai

You can apply for this license if you have a small-scale business setup in Dubai. But there is a specific criterion that you must adhere to acquire it, which includes the kitchen to be set up outside the premises of the home with its entry and exit point from the outside.

The license holders must also specify the days that the customers will be allowed to access their kitchens. The Dubai SME officials and Dubai Municipality have the liberty to enter the project site for inspection and verification purposes.

The license will also be valid for a period of up to five years, after which the entrepreneur must convert it into a commercial license. The license must be renewed every year.

Non-Emirati and non-GCC small to medium-scale business owners can consider applying for freelance visas, which is a viable option for sole proprietors.

Obtain an Intelaq License in the Dubai Emirate

To get the license, you should keep the following things in mind:

• The company must be fully owned and operated by an individual from the UAE or the GCC (s)

• The applicant is only permitted to hold a maximum of two Intelaq licenses
• The location should be in Dubai
• This license holder can hire up to three employees.
